Coldwell Banker Mulleady Realtors’ Commitment to Community

Coldwell Banker

At Coldwell Banker Mulleady REALTORS®, we have a history of strong commitment to community. One of our favorite quotes is, “Only by giving are you able to receive more than you already have.” ~ Jim Rohn.

For many years, we have raised money for the Northern Access Special Olympics at Minocqua’s famous Beef-A-Rama (attended by approx. 40,000 people!) each year. Our Minocqua office also participates annually at the Lakeland Food Pantry drive. Our Rhinelander office’s annual Brat Fry raises money for the local Military Support Group. Last month, the Eagle River office hosted a Chili Cook-Off to benefit Warm the Children, providing funds to help the organization clothe over 600 children in Vilas County. A portion of each realtor’s commission check goes to both Special Olympics and Children’s Shriners Hospital. Most of our team members spend a good amount of their personal time helping out charities, whether it’s ringing the bell for the Salvation Army or  purchasing basic items for families in need.

Our goal in 2019 is to increase our support for organizations in the communities in which we work and live. Why? We love the Northwoods. We treasure the richness of our four seasons, the tranquil beauty of our lakes and forests, and the uniqueness of the region. But, even more, we cherish the people here who make up this vibrant community. We see our volunteering efforts as opportunities to serve rather than obligations. We think of it as an “Up North” attitude. And it’s one of the many reasons we feel fortunate to call this place “home”.
